Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of bank products, services, and operations.
• Thorough knowledge of finance and business principles.
• Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contacts prospective customers to develop new treasury management business.
• Meets with existing customers to expand and service accounts.
• Prepares sales presentations and recommends valuable services.
• Promotes treasury management program with bank officers.
• Assists in designing and installation of treasury management services.
• Develops marketing strategy and sets sales objectives.
• Mentors staff and assists with staffing and budgets.
• Represents the bank in civic, community, and industry activities.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
