U.S. Bank seeks a Commercial Banking Client Representative to serve as a trusted resource for commercial, corporate, and small business clients using treasury management products and services.

You will be the primary point of contact for treasury-related inquiries, investigate and resolve client concerns, and partner with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, call center, banking operations, treasury support, or commercial banking experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and think critically.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service contact for commercial, corporate, and business banking clients.
• Provide support for treasury management products and services.
• Research and resolve client issues while ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, including online banking, file transmission, and product-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex servicing requests.
• Manage multiple client inquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Learn and apply knowledge of treasury products, processes, and servicing procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and effective problem resolution.
