Job summary

Fifth Third Bank, National Association in Chicago, IL seeks a Treasury Management Client Care Advisor Team Lead to manage a high-revenue portfolio and serve as the primary TM liaison, coordinating incident management, analytics, and client communications.

You will collaborate with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to tailor TM solutions, mentor junior advisors, and drive client satisfaction within bank risk guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience.
• 5+ years demonstrated client service experience preferred (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manages a portfolio consisting of the top 10% revenue generating clients in the Commercial Division: serves as TM relationship ambassador.
• Leverages TM data analytics daily to improve client retention and revenue.
• Drives behavior changes and adheres to procedures with the Client Advisor Team Lead.
• Manages team escalations with little oversight.
• Trains, mentors/coaches, for newly on-boarded Client Advisors.
• Assess client’s viability for additional TM services and bring opportunities to close or referral.
• Proactively manage critical client communications through touch points and reviews.
• Monitor OSAT interviews and use feedback to improve client experience.
• Drives problem resolution and escalates as necessary.
• Completes periodic document reviews and keeps materials up-to-date.
• Collaborate across lines of business to ensure proactive management of client relationships.
• Works with Sales to support RFPs and TM reviews.
