Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Dallas, Texas seeks a Treasury Management Client Care Advisor II to manage a high-revenue client portfolio and act as the primary TM contact. You will analyze client data, coordinate with operations, product, IT and sales to tailor TM solutions and maximize retention and revenue.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, customer-first service, and cross-functional collaboration. Occasional travel is expected within the Texas region as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank & TM products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze information and support risk-aware decisions.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manages top 10% revenue clients in the Commercial Division as TM relationship ambassador.
• Leverages TM data analytics daily to improve retention and revenue.
• Collaborates with Operations, Product, IT and Sales for TM solutions.
• Manages risk and ensures client satisfaction within policy guidelines.
• Supports RFPs and TM relationship reviews as needed.
