Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Treasury Operations Specialist to manage daily treasury management services including ACH origination, RDC, wires, lockbox, and bill pay. The role supports treasury clients and bank staff with professional service and accurate processing.

The position requires travel to client sites for setup and training, participation in annual reviews, disaster recovery testing, and ongoing risk and policy adherence. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum two years banking experience, treasury management preferred.
• Technical aptitude with computer applications and detailed accounts.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all treasury management functions including ACH Origination, RDC, Internet Wires, Lockbox, Bill Pay, and Positive Pay.
• Provide customer service to treasury management customers and bank employees.
• Travel to customer sites to set up Office Banker RDC and train users.
• Assist annual reviews for ACH Originators and RDC Customers.
• Assist with disaster recovery and Silverlake release testing.
• Maintain knowledge of risk controls and bank policies; regulatory compliance.
