Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Treasury Services Associate to support day-to-day payment processing and treasury operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate application of funds, maintain records, and resolve routine discrepancies.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks while meeting deadlines. Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply incoming payments accurately.
• Review payment, policy, and account information.
• Research and resolve routine payment questions or discrepancies.
• Maintain records through data entry, scanning, and filing.
• Assist daily treasury operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Customer Service, and others to resolve issues.
