Job summary

Texas Capital is seeking a Treasury Implementations Associate to manage the full lifecycle of treasury client relationships—from initial product implementation and client education to ongoing servicing and support. You will onboard new treasury products for existing clients and guide transitions between operational phases.

A strong candidate has banking experience, understands treasury products, and can coordinate across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years banking experience with treasury product knowledge.
• Strong verbal presentation skills with clients, in person or on the phone.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
• capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task while maintaining high client service.

Responsibilities

• Implement an entire portfolio of Treasury Services for new and existing clients.
• Act as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services and systems.
• Provide high level client support via phone and email.
• Lead project management to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Mentor other Implementation Analysts and train new associates.
• Coordinate transitions for new clients to Treasury Support Education.
