Data Control Clerk

As a Data Control Clerk, you will be:

• Responsible for coordinating, developing, and maintaining statistical reports.
• Responsible forupdating and inputting data into SAP.
• Responsible foranswering telephone calls and providing information/directions to both internal and external contacts.
• Responsible formaintaining paper file records.
• Responsible forcollecting, reviewing and inputting data into a computer processing system.
• Maintaining control logs, records and coding schemes to process source data using pre-established guidelines to perform the function.
• Responsible for identifying and resolving production related errors.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience of data entry and SAP.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience of spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling.
• Experience of data input, transaction processing and data extraction.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range: $25 - $27/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
