Job summary

Pinnacle seeks a high-experience Treasury Management Analyst to service treasury management clients, onboard and implement services such as Online Banking, ACH, and Wire Transfers. You will work with TM Advisors and Financial Advisors to ensure program success and provide training to clients.

The role requires deep treasury knowledge, regulatory awareness, and strong client service skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in financial services; 5 years treasury management experience (Account Analysis, ACH Lockbox, Online Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Sweep, Wire Transfer).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and treasury management operations.
• Knowledge of federal/state banking regulations and compliance related to treasury management.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of treasury management services.
• Ensure pricing accuracy as services are added/altered/removed.
• Partner with TM Advisors, Financial Advisors, Operations, and IT to ensure program success.
• Train clients on system features and resolve client issues; handle inquiries and escalations.
• Support ongoing servicing, testing new services, and enhancements to systems.
