Job summary

First Financial Bank's Treasury Management Onboarding Specialist will collaborate with Treasury Management Advisors, Relationship Managers and clients to provide onboarding and implementation support for TM services. You are the first point of contact for high-value commercial clients.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in commercial banking or TM support, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5+ years in commercial banking or TM support.
• Strong service orientation and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support TM services, including documentation, implementation, maintenance, updates, compliance, and risk reviews.
• Act as the first point of contact to high-value commercial clients for problem resolution.
• Complete quality assurance on all implementations.
• Adhere to Enterprise Risk Management policies and procedures.
• Remain current on TM products/services/policies.
• Provide training to all commercial clients who utilize TM products/services.
• Cross-train on TM Onboarding functionality; provide backup to other areas as needed.
• Provide project-based support for commercial clients during product updates as needed.
