Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Treasury Management Professional to drive new business and cross-sell capital solutions. You will work with RMs and specialists to understand client needs and present working capital products, while mentoring teammates and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, negotiation, and deep treasury product knowledge, with an incentive plan tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
• CTP certification strongly encouraged.
• Minimum of 4 years Commercial Banking /Treasury Management experience, preferably at least 3 years in a sales role.
• Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding performance goals.
• Must have strong client interaction skills and the ability to influence the outcome of a sales process.
• Requires aptitude for powerful presentations and negotiation skills with internal and external clients.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the benefits of strong working capital management solutions to clients.
• Proven product and sales knowledge sufficient to help mentor new team members.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a wide array of treasury management products.
• Excellent oral and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Fifth Third's value proposition to clients and prospects to influence sales outcomes.
• Identify client needs and present working capital solutions.
• Understand payment processes and treasury management product benefits.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline and cross-sell opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite and senior management.
• Collaborate with RMs and client specialists to ensure excellent service.
• Deliver quarterly client service reviews and resolve client issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal partners to meet client timelines and requirements.
