Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in the United States seeks a Treasury Management Professional to drive business development and client retention. The role focuses on cross-selling, providing working capital solutions, and guiding clients through payment processes while partnering with internal teams to deliver excellent service and risk-aware banking solutions.

The candidate should have 4+ years in Commercial Banking/Treasury Management, strong presentation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• CTP certification strongly encouraged.
• Minimum of 4 years Commercial Banking /Treasury Management experience, preferably at least 3 years in a sales role.
• Demonstrated record of exceeding performance goals.
• Strong client interaction skills with ability to influence a sales process.
• Aptitude for powerful presentations and negotiation with internal and external clients.
• Knowledge of working capital management solutions and treasury products.
• Ability to mentor new team members and understand treasury products.

Responsibilities

• Persuasively articulate Fifth Third's value proposition to clients and influence the sales process.
• Identify client needs and present working capital solutions.
• Understand payment processes and Treasury Management products.
• Develop a sales pipeline and manage opportunities to a win/loss decision.
• Maintain CRM-based pipeline and communicate with Relationship Managers.
• Provide recommendations on sales opportunities and cross-sell to existing clients.
• Collaborate with client specialists to ensure excellent ongoing service.
• Educate RMs on new TM product developments and timelines.
• Represent the bank in client reviews and quarterly service discussions.
