Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury management sales and relationship mgmt in a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products, banking operations, pricing, and banking systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing new commercial relationships while identifying opportunities to deepen existing client partnerships.
• Recommending treasury management products and services that align with each client’s business objectives.
• Working closely with bank leadership to support strategic initiatives, product offerings, pricing, and market growth.
• Preparing customized pricing proposals and profitability analyses for treasury management services.
• Leading client meetings, product presentations, and annual account reviews.
• Coordinating the successful implementation of treasury solutions with internal departments and external service providers.
• Providing responsive, high-quality support to commercial clients and resolving service-related issues.
• Monitoring treasury portfolios, maintaining accurate reporting, and completing research as needed.
• Following all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal risk management procedures.
