Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in treasury management product advisory and consultative sales, or a directly related client-facing banking role.
• Direct experience working with treasury management products and services, including payments, deposits, online banking, and fraud prevention.
• Experience meeting assigned sales goals or revenue targets in a treasury management, cash management, or similar advisory role.
• Experience preparing and delivering client proposals or product presentations.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients and internal business partners.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and develop new treasury management business aligned with the bank’s strategic direction.
• Conduct joint calls with relationship teams to expand product usage.
• Achieve treasury management sales and revenue goals through consultative needs assessments.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and deepen engagement.
• Provide treasury management expertise during client onboarding and sales activities.
• Monitor and report on pipeline development and client engagement.
