Job summary

Generations Bank seeks a Treasury Management Officer to grow treasury services and core deposits across Arkansas and Missouri. You will partner with commercial and retail teams to deliver tailored cash management solutions, strengthen client relationships, and drive service adoption.

The role requires consultative sales expertise, treasury know-how, and the ability to mentor teams while contributing to strategic initiatives within the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of experience in financial services/retail analytics/retail finance.
• One or more years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of treasury products and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new treasury management relationships and expand existing client portfolios.
• Drive growth in core operating deposits and treasury service adoption.
• Execute a proactive calling program and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Deliver client presentations, proposals, and solution-based recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business clients.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through treasury solutions.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Promote treasury product delivery and training across the bank.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
