Job summary

Truist seeks an experienced Treasury Solutions sales professional to provide consultative advisory and tailored cash flow management solutions across assigned client groups in Corporate and Commercial segments. You will drive revenue and portfolio growth by partnering with product and banking partners, while effectively managing relationships and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include developing relationship plans, expanding clients' treasury capabilities, and ensuring accurate reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and partners with line of business to identify and drive client opportunities to achieve revenue and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities and strategic client planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS needs with general banking knowledge and working capital concepts.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and solutions including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and escalates issues to leadership as needed.
• Consults with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or Virtual Meeting.
• Reports accurately on sales efforts and revenue progress.
