Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to support onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day service for Business Banking clients. You will execute standard onboarding, support client adoption, and resolve routing issues while building skills to advance in treasury work.

The role partners with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate implementations and timely service in a hybrid/office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years in banking operations, treasury support, or related client service.
• Experience with Business or Commercial Banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and implementation for treasury management clients.
• Support product maintenance and client training on treasury platforms.
• Resolve routine onboarding, maintenance, or servicing issues within SLAs.
• Communicate clearly with clients and cross-functional teams.
