Job summary

TowneBank is seeking a Treasury Member Care Specialist II to deliver advanced support for Treasury Management products such as ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, RDC, and Bill Pay. You will assist members and internal teams with complex issues and act as a resource for technical guidance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of banking experience with Treasury/Cash Management knowledge.
• 2-3 years in Call Centers/Customer Service, financial services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional tone.
• Ability to troubleshoot politely with members, mainly by phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with advanced Treasury/Cash Mgmt issues (ACH, Wire, RDC, Bill Pay).
• Provide training to members and teammates on technical service issues.
• Support connectivity issues between Online Banking and ERP tools like QuickBooks/Quicken.
• Manage maintenance tickets and update service permissions for Business Online Banking.
• Review maintenance updates and assist with documentation of new processes.
