Qualifications

• 2+ years banking experience with Treasury/Cash Management products.
• 2-3 years Call Center/Customer Service in financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional tone.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues politely and thoroughly via phone.
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple platforms and bank systems.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with advanced issues concerning Bill Pay, ACH origination/receiving, wires, RDC, and other Treasury/Cash Management services.
• Provide training to members and internal teammates on technical service issues; develop procedures as needed.
• Support connectivity between Online Banking and ERP platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Quicken).
• Fulfill maintenance and support requests via case/ticketing system; update accounts and service limits.
• Conduct secondary reviews of maintenance updates; assist Treasury Services Implementation team.
• Provide general support to business members via inbound calls and cases.
• Escalate issues to Team Leads/Managers; work with vendors on system issues.
• Adhere to AML/BSA regulations.
