TowneBank is a relationship-driven local bank seeking a Treasury Services Implementation Specialist to onboard members into ACH Origination, Wires, Account Analysis, Online Banking, and other cash management products. The role includes training members, handling service requests, and ensuring SLA-compliant implementations.

The good-faith compensation range is $48,000-$60,000 annually, depending on market, equity, and qualifications.

Competenze

1+ years of bank operations experience within the most recent ten years.
2+ years of experience working with PC based software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally.
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Accurate and detail-oriented; can multi-task and manage time.
Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and multiple priorities.
Ability to troubleshoot issues via phone with members.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Mansioni

Provide superior onboarding experience for cash management product implementations.
Train members on cash management setup via video, phone, or in person.
Handle service maintenance requests (entitlements, limits, permissions).
Meet SLAs to ensure timely service implementations.
Stay informed on Treasury Management products and platform changes.
Support members via calls, emails, and ServiceNow tickets.
Resolve issues and escalate when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
