Qualifications

• 1+ years of bank operations experience within the last ten years.

• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, able to multi-task with strong time management.
• Motivated, organized self-starter with attention to detail, able to handle priorities.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues politely via phone with members.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with good interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior onboarding experience for TowneBank members into Cash Management products.
• Schedule and conduct training on setup and use of cash management services.
• Fulfill service maintenance requests including entitlements, limits, permissions, and accounts.
• Adhere to SLAs to ensure timely implementations.
• Understand Treasury Management products and stay updated with system changes and releases.
• Assist members via calls, emails, and tickets in ServiceNow.
• Resolve issues and escalate when needed to optimize member experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to AML and BSA regulations.
