Job summary

TowneBank in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Treasury Services Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding of members into Cash Management products such as ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, Online Banking, and more. The role requires guiding clients through setup, training, and ongoing service maintenance to ensure accurate entitlements and timely implementation.

Qualifications

1+ years of bank operations experience (within last 10 years).
2+ years experience with PC-based software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Accurate and detail-oriented with strong time management.
Motivated, organized self-starter with multi-tasking ability.
Ability to troubleshoot and work both independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Onboard TowneBank members into Treasury/Cash Management products and services.
Schedule and conduct training for members via video, phone, or in person.
Fulfill service maintenance requests and adjust entitlements and permissions.
Adhere to service level agreements to ensure timely implementations.
Stay informed on Treasury Management product changes and participate in testing.
Provide member support via phone, email, and tickets; escalate when needed.
