Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting software implementations and onboarding.
• 2+ years of API integration or technical implementation work.
• 2+ years coordinating multi-stakeholder onboarding projects.
• Experience gathering business needs and translating into requirements.
• Experience working directly with customers in a client-facing role.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation activities related to treasury and banking API integrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and integration lifecycles.
• Partner with product, technology, operations, and business teams to implement treasury and Banking-as-a-Service solutions.
• Guide clients through API onboarding, connectivity setup, configuration, and requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business workflows and integration specs.
• Coordinate milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Support treasury payment capabilities, including balance and transaction reporting, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment.
