Job summary

BOK Financial in Dallas is seeking a Treasury Technical Onboarding Consultant to partner with Treasury Management Officers, close deals, and bridge sales and onboarding from a technical perspective. You will be the SME in treasury management and working capital products, advising clients and internal teams to solve problems and grow relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or related field.
• 7–10 years of banking, product consulting, and technology experience.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong project management and change management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site client presentations and planning sessions on offerings.
• Showcase treasury solutions and their features to meet client needs.
• Develop financial solutions and coordinate complex onboarding projects.
• Support sales for new product solutions including Real-Time payments.
• Provide Voice of the Client feedback to Sales and Product teams.
• Gather commercial customer technical requirements for service onboarding.
• Manage dependencies and timelines for complex onboardings.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and install services.
• Recommend technical solutions for operational issues.
• Assist Treasury conversions and upgrades with testing and change management.
• Initiate Ethnography Studies to document client Payables/Receivables infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Vendors to review product info.
• Work with Sales Enablement on treasury systems to pursue automation (AI, API, RPA).
