Job summary

U.S. Bank is looking for a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to onboard customers to payables, receivables and related products. You’ll coordinate onboarding from sale to go-live and be the main contact for customers and internal partners.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five+ years of related experience, with strong planning, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Hybrid work onsite several days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for Treasury Management customers and products.
• Serve as primary contact for customer representatives during the implementation.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks from point of sale through customer use.
• Monitor timelines, requests and deliverables for implementation projects.
• Ensure product functionality aligns with customer needs and business requirements.
• Identify risks and escalate obstacles impacting implementation timelines.
• Provide clear status updates to customers and internal partners.
• Maintain positive relationships by delivering an efficient onboarding experience.
