Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation seeks a Treasury Technical Onboarding Consultant to partner with Treasury Management Officers, bridging sales and onboarding from a technical perspective. You will serve as a subject-matter expert in treasury management and working capital products, guiding clients and internal teams to successful implementations.

You will collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product teams to identify automation opportunities, participate in Ethnography studies, and support conversions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related degree with 7-10 years relevant banking, product consulting and technology experience.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
• Understanding bank and vendor operations and organizational structure.
• Strong PC and software application skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site client presentations and planning sessions to educate clients on complex offerings.
• Showcase treasury solutions, highlighting features and value for client needs.
• Develop financial solutions and act as a liaison for complex onboarding projects.
• Support sales for emerging product solutions, including Real-Time payments and ERP integrations.
• Gather client requirements for service onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Vendors to review product information for customers.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive implementation with Sales Enablement.
