Job summary

U.S. Bank recruiting a Treasury API Coordinator in Irving, TX to guide client onboarding for Treasury Management APIs and ensure a smooth integration. You will coordinate end-to-end journeys, define workflows, and create training materials for internal teams and clients.

Collaborating across business and technical teams, you will support Apigee setup and monitor client requests to ensure readiness from onboarding through production deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of API support experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration technologies, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding journeys and guide client integrations with Treasury APIs.
• Serve as single point of contact to accelerate onboarding and readiness.
• Draft documentation and training materials for internal and client use.
• Collaborate across business and technical teams to improve processes.
• Assist with Apigee configuration and oversee API testing/validation.
