Job summary

Alpha is hiring Youth Development Specialists to run life skills workshops with K-8 students across campus postings in the US. You will move between campuses every 1–3 months, adapt curriculum, and coach students toward weekly targets.

You earn a flat $120,000 USD annually, travel away from home weekly with accommodations provided, and you’ll join a fast-growing network focused on student growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to be posted away from home 1–3 months at a time.
• Ability to describe a coaching example with goal and result.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the curriculum to the cohort.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using analytics and weekly goals until targets are met.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments to prove skill development.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each new campus.
• Hand over progress documentation at the end of every posting.
