STCU in Idaho is seeking a Teller to serve members accurately and efficiently, offering financial direction and product referrals. This branch-support role travels to STCU branches as needed to provide coverage.

Responsibilities include protecting member information, processing transactions with high accuracy, deepening relationships by explaining products, and upholding STCU’s Here for Good promise. Strong cash handling and customer service required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months customer service in a retail or customer service environment with recent cash handling experience.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify members/account ownership to ensure proper access and perform transactions with high accuracy per policy.
• Present and explain credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Deliver unparalleled member experiences and uphold the Here for Good brand promise.
