This branch support position travels to STCU branches in Idaho as needed. The ideal candidate has at least six months of customer service with cash handling, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months customer service in a retail or customer service environment with recent cash handling experience.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Protect the integrity and confidentiality of membership by identifying members/account ownership and ensuring proper access.
• Deepen member relationships by presenting and explaining credit union products and services that meet financial needs.
• Exceed service expectations by creating unparalleled member experiences and taking ownership of issues.
