Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
• Develop and retain the customer base and be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution.
• Handle deposits, verify amounts, and process teller transactions.
• Research and resolve customer issues using organizational resources and provide follow-up.
• Make calls to clients/prospects to meet branch goals and document activities in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals and maintain knowledge of bank products.
