Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude.
• Develop and retain customers; greet by name and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to policies.
• Process deposits and teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve customer issues, providing follow-up as needed.
• Initiate conversations to identify customer needs and refer to branch specialists.
• Make sales calls to clients/prospects and document activities in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed referral goals and maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Follow security, risk management, and compliance standards; complete required training.
• Maintain assigned schedule and dress code as per branch standards.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
