Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related work experience in customer service.

• Daily reliable and timely transportation due to travel to multiple branches.
• Travel to various branches and occasional overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and problem resolution.
• Develop and retain the customer base; greet by name and respond promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and security.
• Receive checks and cash for deposits; verify amounts and endorsements.
• Process complex teller transactions and research customer issues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover needs and refer to platform partners.
• Make sales calls to clients and prospects; record activities in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals and maintain product knowledge.
• Follow operational standards for security, risk management and compliance.
• Complete required training and meet scheduled working hours.
