Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and able to learn job-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Process checks and cash deposits and verify endorsements.
• Handle complex multi-step teller transactions.
• Research and resolve customer issues; provide follow-up.
• Initiate conversations to uncover needs and refer to partners.
• Make sales calls to clients/prospects to meet referral goals.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals; maintain product knowledge.
• Balance and reconcile accounts per policy; correct outages.
• Follow security, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Complete required training for bank policies.
• Attend scheduled hours and adhere to dress code.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
