Job summary

CapEd Credit Union seeks a Roaming Teller who promotes member financial well-being by engaging with members and resolving inquiries. You will cover for tellers at other branches, process transactions, handle cash, and educate members on products and services.

The Roaming Teller travels from the home branch to various locations as needed, providing exceptional member experiences and sustaining brand values. Transportation is provided by the employee when traveling to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Six months to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account inquiries and perform cash and non-cash transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balance cash, checks and daily transactions.
• Provide knowledge of credit union products and services to educate members.
• Resolve inquiries with brand promises and escalate when needed.
• Travel to other branches as needed and support during peak times.
