Red River Credit Union (RRCU) is seeking a reliable and mobile Roving Teller to support branch staffing across Shreveport and surrounding areas. You will perform teller duties, assist members with accounts, and cross-sell RRCU services while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include traveling to assigned locations, balancing cash drawers, safeguarding negotiables, and adhering to all policies.

Qualifikationen

• Twelve months or more of teller experience at a level II teller.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Competent computer skills and use of standard office equipment.
• Friendly, outgoing individual with good communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to meet, speak, and deal effectively with people, being professional always.
• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to transport and reposition heavy bags of coin, stand for long periods, and operate standard teller equipment.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Travel to various branch locations, as assigned, to assist when short-staffed.
• Assist members in accordance with operating procedures of the Credit Union, performing basic teller functions under minimal supervision.
• Cross-sells all RRCU services.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Responsible for the security of their own negotiables until signed over to the proper designated employee.
• Alert to warnings of fraud.
• Assist with advanced teller functions.
• Adheres to all Red River Employees Federal Credit Union policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
