Job summary

TowneBank is seeking a Travel Team Member Service Representative to travel to TowneBank offices, filling in for vacancies and warmly welcoming members. You will accurately handle requested transactions, perform teller and settlement duties, and help keep the teller line running smoothly across locations.

You will balance cash, follow AML rules, promote TowneBank products, and provide outstanding service in person, by phone, or by email while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications

• At least one year of bank teller experience with a single employer.
• Proven ability to provide excellent service in person, on the phone, and by email.
• At least one year of work experience using basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and bank software programs.
• Flexibility to learn new systems or processes as they emerge.
• Ability to balance cash drawer daily.

Responsibilities

• Handle monetary transactions for members and enter them in the Bank’s software with receipts.
• Verify checks and cash and examine documents for essential elements.
• Review system overrides on other tellers’ transactions when needed.
• Follow the Bank’s security guidelines daily.
• Balance cash drawer and settle the ATM; promote TowneBank products and services.
• Provide service to members in person, on the phone, or by email.
