Family Security Credit Union seeks a Floating Teller to support multiple branches with member transactions and skilled cash handling. You will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate records while promoting credit union products.

The role requires maintaining knowledge of policies and procedures, with an emphasis on accuracy, service quality, and teamwork across branches. Ability to travel daily to different locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and intermediate PC knowledge.
• One year of cashier or teller experience (within past five years).

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members with courteous, professional service.
• Receive checks and cash for deposits, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals after balance verification.
• Process mail and prepare items for branch shipment.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and policies, including robbery procedures.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Receive and process loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies with Head Teller or Branch Manager.
• Ensure teller station is stocked and ready for daily duties.
• Follow procedures for night depository and transaction processing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
