Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems across North America. You will travel to customer sites, work with Cisco equipment, and leverage your technical aptitude to complete work orders.

This role requires 1–5 years in telecom or a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, often in challenging environments. A company vehicle is provided for travel.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years of experience working with Telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working independently and a strong technical aptitude
• Working with Cisco systems or like equipment manufacturers

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain, various voice, data, security and VoIP communication systems and equipment
• Building on your customer service skills, you will ensure work orders are completed
• Drive to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area performing installation of services on behalf of our client
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications
