Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services in North America is seeking a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems. Travel to customer sites within a defined geographic area is required, and you will deliver best-in-class service while building trust with clients.

You will work with a laptop and software applications, meet physical requirements, and join a large organization that values safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience working with telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working independently and a strong technical aptitude
• Working knowledge of Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain, various voice, data, security and VoIP communication systems and equipment
• Building on your customer service skills, you will ensure work orders are completed
• Drive to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area performing installation of services on behalf of our client
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications
