Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems. This role supports North America operations and offers growth within a large organization.

You will travel to customer sites, work with a company vehicle, and uphold top-tier customer service while completing installation and service tasks to client specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with telecommunication networks or related electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Ensure work orders are completed, building on customer service skills.
• Travel to customer locations within a defined geographic area to perform installations.
• Utilize a laptop and software applications in daily tasks.
