Ledcor Technical Services seeks a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems across North America. The role involves traveling to customer sites within a defined geographic area and working with various software and equipment.

You will build upon your telecommunications experience in the growing IoT market, supporting customers with reliable service while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in telecommunications networks or related electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Cisco systems or equivalent equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Ensure work orders are completed while leveraging customer service skills.
• Travel to customer locations within a defined geographic area to install services on behalf of our client.
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications.
