Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in telecom networks or related electrical fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Cisco or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security and VoIP systems.
• Ensure work orders are completed while delivering excellent customer service.
• Travel to customer locations within a defined geographic area for service installation.
• Use a laptop and various software applications.
