Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in telecom networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently with strong technical aptitude.
• Experience working with Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain various voice, data, security and VoIP communication systems and equipment.
• Build on customer service skills; ensure work orders are completed.
• Travel to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area performing installation of services.
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications.
