Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in telecommunication networks or related electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Ensure work orders are completed by leveraging customer service skills.
• Travel to and from customer locations within a defined geographic area to install services for clients.
• Utilize a laptop and various software applications.
