Job summary

TelCom Construction in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations and provide clear leadership to Foremen and crews. You’ll organize materials, equipment, and labor and ensure timely job completion with strong safety practices.

This on-site role requires 18+; valid driver’s license, ability to pass a DOT medical exam, and experience with telecom MSA contracts. Local work with occasional travel offers weekly pay, PTO, holidays, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must have good computer skills: database software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crews
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
• Verifying locates, materials and billings
• Providing all required job reporting
• Completing as-builts and redlines
• Participating in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.
