TelCom Construction, LLC in Cortland, NE is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations for telecom crews. You will provide leadership to foremen and crews, coordinate materials, equipment and labor, and ensure timely job completion while maintaining safety standards.

This role requires 18+, US work authorization, prior utility crew leadership, and strong computer skills (database software and Excel). Local work with occasional travel; Class A CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel.
• Prior experience working with Google applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
• Class A CDL license is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations.
• Job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members.
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verifying locates, materials and billings.
• Providing all required job reporting.
• Completing as-builts and redlines.
• Actively participating in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
