Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations, supervise foremen and crews, and ensure safe, on-schedule completion on local sites with occasional travel. You will organize materials, equipment, and labor, verify locates and billings, and provide timely job reporting.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and practical computer skills (Excel and database tools). A valid driver's license and DOT medical card are required; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with database software and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; able to pass DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and job site activities.
• Ensure on-time completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor efficiently.
• Verify locates, materials, and billings; provide job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines; participate in safety initiatives.
• Maintain production, safety, and personnel-related duties as assigned.
