Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to oversee field crews on telecom construction projects in Minnesota. You will manage equipment, materials and safety to keep projects on schedule and within DOT/OSHA guidelines.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in all weather. This hourly role offers weekly pay, PTO, and a strong safety-first culture. Excellent communication and leadership required.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience or more.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy machinery and perform routine maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
