Job summary

TelCom Construction is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily project operations and provide leadership to foremen and crews. This on-site role focuses on organizing materials, coordinating labor, and ensuring timely project completion with occasional travel.

The ideal candidate has utility construction crew leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and database tools. A valid driver's license and DOT medical card are required; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading utility construction crews is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic database tools.
• Experience with MSA contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of projects.
• Ensure job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide leadership to Foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Provide required job reports and as-builts.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
